1. Persons graduated from Higher Institution (excluding bachelor's degree), Azerbaijan citizens could enter Post-graduate studies.

2. Citizens of foreign countries could enter Post-graduate studies, according to relevant regulations.

3. The following persons could participate in the examinations: - persons graduated from Higher Institution and obtaining a Diploma with distinction, or graduated who have recommendation from Academic council; - persons, who have at least two-year experience on selected area.

4. Entrants should submit an application to Rector. The following documents should be attached to an application:

- CV
- 4 photographs (3х4);
- report or list of issues;
- copy of higher education Diploma;
- recommendation of Academic council.

5. Entrance commission accepts and considers the documents.

6. Entrance commission should make a decision and provide information to applicants.

7. Entrants should pass the following examinations: specialty, philosophy, and a foreign language.
